Doula Support
This level of service includes:
- Two prenatal visits where we will discuss all of your goals and desires and determine how to best partner, share resources and provide any pre-labor childbirth education as needed.
- Labor support! I will meet you upon request at your location and plan to be with you until you're comfortable after birth, generally around 30mins.
- 1 postpartum visit to check in with mom and partner and provide any additional postpartum resources as needed.

I'm open to calls, emails, and texts during business hours prior to 38 weeks. I will be on call from weeks 38-42 as I await the "birthday call". I also provide a Welcome Kit which includes a Preparing for Birth journal filled with a wealth of information and questions to consider while planning for birth.

1 on 1 Comfort Measures Support
Allow me to come to your home for a hands-on comfort measures crash course, approximately 1 hour! The focus will be on providing you with the skills and knowledge you need to manage pain and discomfort during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. We may cover things like positioning, heat and cold therapy, massage and pressure points.
Childbirth Education
This is not the standard hospital birth education. We will discuss your rights, options for medicated and unmedicated births, gentle/family-centered cesareans, birth plans, infant feeding, and so much more. This will be offered live/virtually in a 2hr/6 session format. OR you can purchase a self-paced option and review anytime.
